We talk about building nurse leaders in a chat with Patricia “Trish” Seifert, MSN, RN, CNOR, FAAN, a perioperative cardiac surgery consultant in Falls Church, Virginia. Trish’s background includes leadership in nursing organizations, including the Association of Perioperative Registered Nurses (AORN), starting cardiac programs in various hospitals, creating a curriculum for Registered Nurse First Assistant programs, and more. She is passionate about leadership, creating new nurse leaders, nursing innovation, and improving patient outcomes. Join us as I chat with Trish and find out why she is a strong advocate for nursing creativity in patient care.

I’m your host, Jamie Davis.
