In this episode of the Nursing Notes Live podcast, I talk with Vivian Low, MPH, RN-BC, FPCNA. Vivian is the manager of special projects, chair of nursing research, at El Camino Hospital in Mountain View, California. In this position, she demonstrates her passion for coordinating community resources, mentoring nurses and improving patient care and services at El Camino Hospital and throughout the community. Join us as I chat with Vivian about how nurses are changing community health.

I’m your host, Jamie Davis.

Nursing Notes Live, presented by Johnson & Johnson, is the podcast extension of the national award-winning monthly e-digest, Nursing Notes – which shines a spotlight on nurses as innovators and critical change makers in the delivery of positive patient outcomes within today’s health care landscape.
